For the millions of fans of World of Warcraft, there is a new update available that will make adding and paying for game time easier and more efficient than ever. Yesterday Blizzard announced the use of the WoW token, which will be used to purchase game time, or can be sold for gold in the gold market.
Blizzard’s decision to create and utilize the game token was two-fold; first, it was to allow the players who have a large stockpile of gold a chance to offload it for free game time, as well as enabling those without gold a way to earn some quickly and effectively. The second reason was so players can have a stable, secure way to purchase game time that did not interfere with the game play itself.
