You might be wondering why so many people hate Teemo? When he stops moving completely for a few seconds, he goes completely invisible. He sets up mushroom traps to slow and damage the enemy. He is quick and overall an adorable little yordle. Why would people hate a cute, useful guy like Teemo?
Maybe it is because he is so useful. When you walk into one of Teemo’s Noxious Traps right as you are about to get a kill, it almost makes you want to rage quit. He has mobility that allows him to get away, denying you of that coveted kill. He can be standing in the middle of the lane, yet you may never see him. He is a versatile champion ready to mess up your perfect day.
For the exact same reasons, many players love Teemo. If you are on his side, you need not fear the rage inducing slows or the surprise appearances followed by a quick succession of attacks.
Teemo is loved and hated. Some players even play him just to irritate the other Team. To add insult to injury, Teemo players trolling the game will buy Teemo’s cutest skin—the cottontail skin. He is then an adorable yordle bunny of death.
